Thanks Renee, Ive been a member since Nov 07 , so I would never request anything without doing my homework first. Im looking for greyhounds, I even went so far as to post the ones I had, so as not to waste anyones time. I know how people get upset on this forum if you ask for something without doing a search. This brings up the subject Thors Foundry brought to light. "Not helpfull to noobs" ( I feel after 1 1/2 years ) I still feel like a noob, this is not my full time job ,Im still learning just like most of us here. Im not trying to get anyones hackles up but , Id just like to see a simple response, like no sorry , or heres one. I noticed my files were downloaded and no one said thanks too. Its just getting old: that saying do a search... Anymore ,,,I hate to ask for anything. I wish this forum would get back to the way it was ...just a year & half ago. Seemed like there werent all the attitudes. I dont know,, maybe Its just me!

Pricing...need help fast!
bulldogtees replied to Pistonpump's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
If your charging them $15 for a 10 x30 figure that X 4 [wich is the amount of material youd be using ] =$60. If you want to give them a bigger break go $50 each and let them know your giving them a discount because of the amount of work your doing for them. -
Heres the ones Ive got , would like something simalar, but also would like to see what you'all have. Thanks greyhound.SBD judys shirt.SBD greyhound.SBD judys shirt.SBD

OMG......There's ppl that actually use that junk ass stuff? Do yourself a favor and get some multicut, thermoflex or Easyweed. Unless they changed that junk ass stuff, it is the worst heatpress material I have ever used BY FAR. I just got some samples of Spectra Eco and Spectra Cut II that I will be testing out. I will let you know how it turns out. I bought the specta cutII from imprintables cuz it was 20 in and cheaper as a first purchase. Its so hard to get the backing to release from the vinyl after pressed. After trying the Fibron ,,,, Ill never buy it again. If the Fibron is the same as Thermoflex Ill probably buy that next time. Spectra cut doesnt have the sticky backing like Fibron, This backing makes it so easy to align your graphic , & not worry if it will move when you close your press.

Check out SIGNS +BANNERS website. After reading all this post, I started thinking thats alot of work to do for a triangle sign. Seems to me you could buy premade blanks cheaper than putting all that hard work into it. ( If you could get the plexi at a low price & didnt mind spending your personal time building it then maybe you could make a few bucks at it)... but thier sign blanks start around $40 in Quanties , I dont know how many your making, but you posted $ 36 something @ 20 pcs, $40 per pcs would be easier & look more pro. Im not trying to steer you another way, but I think if your gonna spend that much $$ , let someone else build the sign & just do the lettering. The hard part for me is always justifing the cost to the customer, If I feel bad about it Ill tell them this is what it costs me & show them the web site or catalogue. I think its always better to be honest with them than to be vague. Theres lots of suppliers out there, The hard part is finding someone to fit your need & cost basis.
