Why don't you create the text in SignBlazer? No export/import required and you can edit them any time you want. Why do the extra steps of creating them in a different software?

There is a check box in the cutter window to "Fit to Origin". If you uncheck it, the text will stay how you have it in the design.

Figure out what your time and your machine time are worth. -
I have been using + signs and making them about 3/4" tall. I put the first one down and the next ones I cut a square out of the middle of the +. It makes it easier for me to see where it lines up.

Cut your registration marks with each color that you cut. Line up the registration marks to locate the layers on top of each other.

3M has one that isn't bad. You can actually stretch it like regular vinyl. -

Your offset is way off too. That's why you are getting the curls in the corners of your letters. -

Cutting too deep and scoring the backing paper also makes it harder to remove the decals. -
Clean-Cut blades help too.

I have it on mine and using it. No issues with the free version. I have the dongle for the Pro version and can't get it to work. -
Default location to save file is "C:\SBD Files"
