Cutting process suddenly stops. This has been a problem for me for 2 years now. This is how it goes down... After sending the cut.. It seems to just randomly stop (the progress bar in sign blazer also freezes) The display on the pcut stalls on "WAITING". and sometimes the blade stays down and cuts a path STRAIGHT home. My workaround has been assigning each line of text a different color instead of all the same. This takes alot longer to finish but at least I can finish. Instead of having to cut the whole file at once, the cutter is cutting the first line (red) the goes home and i SEND THE SECOND LINE (BLUE) Then the 3rd (green) and so on until its done. This really sounds like a buffer problem to me?? How much does it cost to replace the motherboard.... Also, My pcut 630 only has a USB... No serial like I've heard talk of people switching to the serial port and solved all thier problems... CAn I get a serial added to mine?/ Tom

I' have been operation my pcut for about 1 year... Should I get some parts ready to replace soon... belt or pinch rollers? Any one have suggestions

Whay are my files double cutting from corel? Even a simple letter, When I export then import into SB... My cutter cuts it and then cuts it again right on top of the first cut???

I'm just getting going with all this and am doing well exporting corel files and importing into SB. Cuts great! I don't have any luck with Illustrator cs 11.0...
