Unit is ground and works normaly, except suddenly now it wont lift the cutting head at all so it cuts the art but also just drags the blade at all times. Any tests that can be done with out just throwing a bunch of parts at it. I have a older unit as well that had a new board put in in 2006 under warranty, and this machine was bought as its back up in 2007 and has now failed.

Used to love to the rc stuff, all mine were done with Masking material reverse cut.

Trim doesn't require it, unless you claim tax exempt, right now i think i pay 86 bucks for a 24X50 intermediate. There is cheaper but this stuff weeds and lasts.

I export from Corel as a AI file and sign cut will cut it with no issues. Good luck

Well i sold out four years ago, and last year one of my customers had me to sub some work for them and now im back in full time, my issue is i have 1000's of old VE files id like to access. What programs besides LXI and VE can open these. Also if you use VE or LXI besure to export your work to AI as i found out i cant use all these great files, had i done so i could be using them today in corel or Adobe.

Use real Application fluid, ive started with the whole soap water trick the money spent on app fluid will out weight the time and materiall you will waste. also spraying over your work with app fluid after its applied will speed up app removal if its paper bashed like R tape.

Heat gun my freind, also once you laydown the work and your using like R tape or a paper based app tape, wet the outside of the app tape and wit you will be amazed. I did large box trucks at night in 30F weather.
