Hi, I am using artcut software and have the 24 inch US cutter MH721. I have seen graphics that come in two pieces because the whole graphic surpasses the maximum width cutting ability of the cutter. How can i get my cutter to do this? Sometimes I can see it as two pieces on the window just before starting the cut but it only cuts one of them. Help please. many thanhs, JR

Hi Marcel, Artcut opens it fine. When I select the graphic and the box around it does not have a " + " in it, it does not show up in the window that opes after you click on the cutter icon. That's all. I just noticed that if I don't select it in a box it does show up. I will just continue to play around with artcut untill I figure out all its possibilities..

Hi Marcel. I do get the files open but when I try to cut it it doesn't show up in the window that opens after the cut command. I know I need to learn the software a bit better and am looking for a way to get it to show up in the window that opens after the cut command. Mind you if I create my own text, I don't have any problem. It ios just with exisitng graphics. Bitmaps or jpeg. I have to figure out what I am doing wrong.

I need a couple pointers. The only way I can get an image into the work area is by clicking trace image. After I remove all the different layers and keep the clearest one, I cannot get it to show up when I open the window to cut it. It does not have the + in the frame. i noticed that only images with the + in it show up to cut. How do I solve this ot what do I need to do? Thanks

Happy New Year all.... I can't believe it took this long. After excellent help from Marcel, I had to wait until DHL figured out where our Little island in the Caribbean was. Only took them 2 weeks..What a lousy courier.....folks never, ever,ever send anything with DHL. Anyway, I got my stuff installed it and 2 minutes later cut my very own sign.... What is the difference between a 45 degree and 60 degree knife. Don't say 15 degrees.. Why would you use one instead of the other?

Got it to make a mark... Now I get scratches all throught the words that I"cut" To practise I tried to get the vinyl off and leave the words.. How in God's name do you do that I couldn't get more than one letter off before it ripped and also yanked the rest of the Vinyll up. HELP!!??

Ok...changed to Lpt port and the cutter worked right away.. Next...It did not even make a mark on the vynil. Where would I increase the pressure or length.? in the holder or increase the pressure on the cutter?

Ok I did all of that and got to the cut part. I have a box open looking at me but nothing is happening. It says output to cutter. The sizes,etc and Com 3 (USB) status finish preparing ..oh $%*& the box just went blank.. Light on the cutter is red (the reset light). What haven't i done this time?

Hi Billy, yes it is the selltopi refine....but I don't see those words.. I had to laugh..after finally getting the cutter to work, I thought I have all these graphics saved up and I am going to cut one to see. Well the graphic stared back at me just as hard as I was staring at it... That was about it. Nothing else..

I have a US Cutter 721. When I wish to cut something I get a dialog box asking to select brand and model of the cutter. The uS cutter is not on this list. What do I have to select>> Help please. Thanks, JR
