Take the money you would use, add to it and buy a commercial embroidery machine. I made the same mistake you are about to make 3 years ago. They won't do hats very well and it's a pain to change thread all the time. Buy a used Toyota, Tajima, etc 12 or 15 needle machine. You won't be sorry.

A lot of people selling on E-Bay are using the "Handling" end of "Shipping and Handling" to pay for the costs of doing business on the site. As BannerJohn has posted, it costs upwards of 15% of the auction to do business,now, on E-Bay.

It's hard to make any money doing stickers or decals in vinyl. They can be printed by a shop with a printer much, much cheaper. You can buy 250 of what you posted for less then $ .75 each on line. Wish you luck.

ANY Oracal product? Are you guys going to carry the full line of regular and specialized vinyl from Oracal? If so, that is very good news. Looking at the Item list, I see: Oraguard, Orajet, 5300 Economy, 5600 Economy, 631, 651, 751, 6510 Fluorescent, 8300 Transparent, and 8810 Frosted glass. Not sure if that is everything Oracal offers, but if not, the products we do not stock we will be able to get in, or drop ship. Great news.....You may want to suggest you carry a couple of name brand transfer tapes also.

A inexpensive 10" metal cutting blade from Home Depot, installed in a 10" miter saw will cut vinyl. Take it slow to avoid heat build up.

I registered Sign Blazer on line and received the activation code by email. When I start Sign Blazer and input the code, a pop up comes up with the words "That activation code in incorrect" What to do now? I downloaded Sign Blazer from the site and did not use the cd included with vinyl cutter.
