I took it out and put it back in and my best results are with it out.

I keep checking the Graphtec web site for the status of the OPS628 driver for Windows Vista: http://www.graphteccorp.com/support/software/cuttingplotters.html It was promised for mid September but I am still waiting. I would prefer to cut directly from CorelDraw since I do all my design work in it. Does anyone have any insight on the status of this driver beyond the Graphtec web site?

I had many cutting problems such as cutting depth changed from too deep to too shallow as it moved down the carriage. I removed and reseated the cutting strip several time with no improvement. After consulting with Ken at support I completely removed my cutting strip and re calibrated my blade. Like magic all my cutting issues disappeared. The only issue I have know is that the edge of the vinyl will catch in the channel that the strip was in so I have to load the vinyl and extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch.

My carriage is not touching either of the red sensor buttons. Does this mean that my sensors are broke and my unit is toast?

I just unpacked and setup my PCUT Ct900 cutter. When I turn on the power, I hear the fan but the only information shown in the LCD is 8 black blocks. How do I contact support to get this thing working?
