I adjusted the blade and I think that helped I even lubricated it. I have the pressure at 170 and it is cutting much better except when it goes to box the item out for weeding. It gets all the way around and the last line it slightly does the -------. ANy idea why just there? Thanks for the help so far.

It is not doing this on every letter just here and there. I even changed my blade and it is still doing this?

Ok I started cutting a big order tonight and my machine is doing something funny. When it cuts it makes little lines like: - - - - - instead of full cuts? What is causing this. I have been using it for months now and have never had it do this. Can anyone tell me what is wrong or what I need to do to fix this problem. I am on a deadline for this job and I have to resolve this issue asap. Thanks for any help.

I need help on setting the machine to cut each time I use it. I feed my vinyl in and then it starts to cut and always goes off of the vinyl. What is the proper way to set up the machine to not do this each time I cut. I have a 24" cutter and I am using 12" vinyl. Any help?

Thanks that is exactly what was happening. SO this will be informative for others running into the same problem. I switched the port in the setup to match my computer and Wahlah! It cut! Thanks so much!

Signblazer. Thanks for trying to help but I messed around with the setting and got it to work finally! Only took two hours! LOL Thanks!

I got my machine, set it up and got all the way to cut tile and then this message popped up: Cannot connect to output device: Error initializing cutter. Can anyone help me fix the problem? I am not familiar with these machines at all and have no clue where to begin.

I cannot find it? I would really like to get it if it will help me learn signblazer. Don't you think that signblazer should come standard with a manual for newbies like me! LOL

Ok I need your help. I am trying to design an image to put in signblazer to cut. Can I email you a picture so you can see what I want to do. Can you help me with this?

Percect. It worked! That was easy! One more question: Can I draw up my words in Word and then paste them into signblazer? Is that possible? I am not familiar enough with signblazer that everytime I try to add words they will never center on the page in the right spots. I really wish there was a manual for signblazer to help me out! LOL

I am new to signblazer and wondered if you can add fonts to signblazer? If not how can you use them. Thanks for any help!
