This is work for a local customer of mine that re-orders these decals every few months Work consists of printing different sized circles on a sheet and contour cutting each circle into 4 pieces (think 4 slice pizza). I frequently use 651 and the only time I have this issue is when my blade cuts too deep (goes through the vinyl and into the backing). To fix, I just reduce the amount of blade that I have sticking out. I don't touch anything with pressure or calibration because it is irrelevant.

A customer of mine is looking for some plaques for a clothing company. I do not have the equipment to make them but I would love to pass the work to someone here who does. I had a large amount of files saved on my computer with specific sizes, as signcut project files. I updated signcut recently and after the update, alot of my files have lost their dimensions. Since I do not remember the sizes of the files before, I cannot resize them to the correct size. Any idea why an update caused my files to lose their sizing? For example, a file I had that would cut out around 2" x 6" is now 14" x 42" (for example) Since these are precise cuts, I need the exact dimensions I had before TIA

About 4" x 4" I will provide design THE STICKERS MUST BE WATERPROOF They are meant for snowboards so they will go through some wear and tear. My vinyl decals do well in this condition but I am concerned about the ink used for printing TIA

Not necessarily. I've had my ecocut for almost 3 years, still in great shape. Never gave me problems and its made its cost back 100 times over. My best advice is to make sure you vectors are very clean and your weeding is precise. Let the machine do its work. You just need to be patient and make sure your work is clean too

I usually put them in an envelope in between two pieces of carboard. A thin box could work too

I'd replace if I were you. No one likes yellowing. Gives you a better edge in pricing as well as you can tell them your completely replacing

Hey All, I just did the stripes on my Mustang a few days ago and wanted to show you all the work I was able to find someone to sell me the EPS file for the full stripe kit (wasn't cheap though, wouldve been cheaper to buy stripes) Heres the outcome!

I definitely prefer the ready to go eps for a few reasons: It includes cutouts for the lights and license plates If someone wanted to purchase a stripe kit from me, I would have a set for their car ready to go Less wasted vinyl Granted I paid a good amount for it, It can easily make its money back just by me selling the ready to go stripe kits on ebay
