  1. I checked for vinyl pieces and added a drop of oil. The blade appears to be spinning. Not sure how to check that the holder is on track but it appears to be in the correct position. Any other ideas? It only happens on smaller lettering.
  2. I have a Laserpoint 24 and use Signcut software. I have a problem that just started: on smaller cuts, the edges are not meeting correctly on letters or there are jagged edges. I've attached a picture of one example. I have tried both a 45 degree and 60 degree blade and have adjusted the blade offset and pressure in both directions. Any other suggestions on what might be causing this problem?
  3. I have a Laserpoint 24 and am using SignCut Pro. I have a 12" vinyl roll and am trying to cut several different smaller items across the 12" width in order to conserve vinyl. However, I can't figure out how to position the head to make this work. If I do the first item that's say 3" x 3", then I want to cut two more items that are 3" x 3" beside it instead of just rolling the vinyl and wasting everything on either side of it, I can't figure out how/where to move the head to make this happen. Is there a good guide somewhere that explains positioning the vinyl and jogging the head?
