That would be great. Just so you know, I have uninstalled the driver and followed the directions on the site for the driver installation and I am still unable to get the computer to recognize the plotter. I am anxiously awaiting your help.

I got the Signblazer installed finally on the new machine (Windows XP) but now the driver for the USB to serial is not working. Can someone please help? When I go to device manager I see a USB device that has no driver installed for it. When I unplug the plotter cable, it goes away, so I know that it is the one for the plotter. I downloaded the driver from the site, but it is not working. What do I do next? I need to get this thing back up and operational ASAP.

Ken- I finally got around to getting a new computer and have uninstalled the software while online like you suggested, but I am having difficulty reinstalling the software on the new computer. I am selling the old computer and will not have access to it. How do I get my copy of Signblazer to work on the new computer? I have tried requesting a new activation code twice and have received nothing. I really need to get this to work. Nick

Ken- I thought I would try to install on another computer, but then remembered that I would probably have trouble putting the software on another computer because of the registration info. If I do try to install it on a different computer will it give me errors during installation because of the install code? I will try what you suggested first, please let me know on the software reinstall.

Hey guys...got my Copam 2500 this week and love it. One problem I have is that whenever I remove the usb that goes to the plotter from my laptop, my computer locks up. Whats the deal with that. Highly annoying. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

On the Avery stuff the number in the model is just how many years it is rated for correct? ie. A6 rated for 6 years, A7 rated for 7 years, etc. Is that right?

Best place to purchase that you guys have found? I am a newb and trying to prep for the COPAM that I am about to order. Fellers was mentioned in another post, any other good sources for vinyl?

What is the best brand/type of vinyl to use for decals for vehicles? A lot of the vinyls that I have looked at say "not suggested for use on vehicles". I need something that will work well on vehicles and vehicle windows. I don't want peeling or cracking to occure obviously. Thanks in advance.

Now I see that it comes with Sign Blazer....I sware it just said sign cut. Am I losing my mind? Which does the COPAM come with? Does Sign Blazer also require a subscription?

Wow...that's disappointing. I would think that if I bought a product that required software it would come with the software and I would not have to pay for a subscription. That is kinda strange. Not sure that I want to have to do that. I guess the COPAM is down further on the list for me now....just when it was about to go to the top.

I am seriously considering the purchase of a 24" COPAM, but have a question about the software. In the ebay auctions it says it comes with Sign-Cut X2 PE and Sign-Cut X2 LE. Are these just trial versions that I will need to subscribe to after the trial period runs out, or are they full versions that are mine to use forever? If they are trial versions, is this a good program or should I be looking for another software program and what should I get for the Copam? Thanks in advance. N
