if i understand u rigth thre is a pattern vinyl y can cut . it is a qwlety one and you will have to ajust yuore machin preshor . a good company which i saw the rain drop's pattern in the catalog is d-c-fix i use them white the silver and withe a velved (like flok but vinyl) you can also cut wood pattern ect.

for the qwestion haw to apply the venil wet or dry here is one frrom outside america if u apply in wet somtimes the letters are moving and it takes preshios time til it get dry .if youle take the dry option somtimes you will get anoying bubells so try to rub just a thin layer of wather with a rug or a moist pice of clhote and then thit the venil until it get fixst

hello to space coast i hpe u got your plotter and having a fresh fun with it. i just wantet to add that therer many many ways to vector a bitmap image,one of the ways that i use to improve the rastar befor vector it is to play white the cut uot filter in fhotoshop and then add a poster end filter
