The blade holder is in the back position and the blade spins freely 360 degrees. I read a lot of posts on this forum and I followed every tip I could find. It's the reason I purchased USCutter. It's great people like yourself that makes this forum. Any other ideas?

My PCUT cuts Inconsistentley. i.e. I am cutting the words Valley Maid, see attached image, part of the letter "V" cuts too shallow, part cuts fine and part cuts too deep and goes through the paper. I highlighted the parts in yellow for some feedback. I tried to cut on the right side, left side and middle of the PCUT; it does the same thing. I experimented with blade depth, speed, blade offset, pressure, fonts to no avail. I checked alignment, cutting blade, cutting strip. It has been 2 weeks of frustration. This is brand NEW PCUT machine, 2 weeks old. Do I have a defective machine? Any help would be appreciated.

SB is very temperamental it stops responding when it feels like it. Sometimes it will work great for 5 to 6 cuts and then it stops working. Other times it stops from the begining. This happens when I send a job to the PCUT as soon as I press "Cut Tile". I am forced to restart the computer everytime it stops responding. Help please!

Thanks Hobbot, mine is the same. Expert users recommend a hair-thin exposed blade! Nothing more than the thickness of the vinyl.

I inspected the blade holder carefully, there is no way to adjust the depth of the blade on this type of holder. It is basically drop-in type and screw-on the cover. There is no adjustment knobs or screws. Can someone elaborate on this?

I have CorelDraw 10 and SignBlazer. Can I set it up to do the same, no export? How do I set it up Marwan

Hi Tater, Does this also applies to PCUT cutter? My blade sticks out about a quarter of an inch. Marwan
