    getting parts

i must be tring to get parts at the wrong time because they are out of parts or at least carriages for the 630 pcut.
  2. does anybody know of any reason why it might be difficult to get parts for the pcut 630 st if you have purchased it through us cutter ebay? thankyou.
  3. Seeing the fact that uscutter is sort of dealing with the fix it yourself plan as far as keeping costs down-which I think is a great idea. why don't they include a parts breakdown and wire diagram for the people who buy the machines. a plotter is nothing more than a cnc machine excepting plotter language with stepper motors and driver. I don't think theres an encoder in there -but there is a digital counter system. the trouble being is that when you have to tear it down for tech support evaluation and the time you get the parts- the order that there assembled can get a little foggy. I have'nt looked past my broken carriage so I am not sure how its assembled inside. These were the first thoughts that came to me as I was takeing the carriage apart for tech support evatuation. thankyou.
  4. I have pcut 630 and it looks like a solenoid activates the up and down part of the knife --and it should be doing it for the complete duration of the cut. If the current is not constant the knife is not constant. us cutter does not to my knowledge put out a parts or wiring diagram-which let you trace back to where the signal is activated for the solinoid.

    signblazer

I just purchased a pcut 630. My question is the signblazer program that came with it-my program-a demo program or just additional garbage? If it is my program can it be registered? if it is my program can I transfer it to an updated computer from the old one? Thankyou ahead of time.
