thank you for the directions. i prefer cutting master 'coz i output from corel draw x9 i could not locate tutorial on youtube to set up the launcher for cdr X9. the closest i have gone with cutting master install is the attachment below. question is,how do i set up cutting master launcher in corel draw X9? thank you again folks.

only improvement was.i was able to cut from graphtec pro without trouble.i did download from above link. i was unable to cut direct from corel drawx9 and access the controller. the error message remains.

i have graduated to another level of error message after i have downloaded the controller from the disc that came with the cutter. do you know where/what to do for this new message?

i am using Corel Draw X9,Graphtec Pro Studio on Windows 10 i bought the cutter new from a distributor who has not returned my call till now and Graphtec has'nt gotten to me yet. A corrupt file lead to re-install of Windows and all operating programs,when i wanted to set the conditions in the controller a prompt came along with error message. can someone tell me how to correct this issue please?

i had exactly same problem when i wanted to set the conditions thru graphtec cutting controller. i am using w10,corel draw X9,graphtec pro studio and cut master 4. how do i solve this issue?
