I have a MH721 for at least 2 years and i havnt used it for about 2 months and i used it today and it doesn't cut. I have a Windows XP.I had the machine connected by 1 parallel port and 1 LPT port. I pressed the "Test" button and it cut it perfectly with no problem. But when i have something (anything) that i want to cut on the computer it does 2 things depending on the button i click. Once i press "cutter", and after that "cut!" thats when i start having problems. If i click "cut tile", a window apears saying "Can Not Open The Output Device. Error Intializing Cutter". And then i disconnect the LPT cable from my computer and tell the machine to cut and a window pops up saying the cable is not connected. But when it is connected it apperantly cuts it on the computer but the machine don't move or respond in any way. I Uninstalled and Re-Installed the program and nothing changed. Please Help !!

Thanks!! I do squeegee alot.It even sometimes tears a little.I could spend over 5 minutes trying to apply a little sticker. I'm having the trouble appling it to car windows/doors.

The name of the vinyl is GreenStar Intermediate Calendered Vinyl. The name of the transfer tape is GreenStar Layflat Classic Transfer Tape. I'm aplining it dry. I'm doing this as a hobby so i really have no experiance and i DO go on youtube sometimes. What i do is just clean the surface of with a dry cloth,place the sticker straight on it, and starting from one side apply it.The when i'm peeling of the transfer tape,the transfer tape does not want to let go.but when it finally it does come off,theres wrinkels on the vinyl. and i herd there's a type of liquid you can use to apply. Am I right?? Thanks!!

I seem to be having trouble installing my vinyl design. My First Problem is that the Transfer Tape won't let go of the vinyl.I don't know if it's the vinyl or the Transfer Tape.Should I change Transfer Tape?Any Advice??? My second problem is that once the vinyl is on, it wrinkles.is it the weather?? it's usually hot.Any Advice??? Do you have have special techniques for appling vinyl??? Thanks so much for the Help!!!

When I try to put my signs on anything, it looks like my transfer tape is too sticky and won't let go of the vinyl. Is it the trafer tape or what?? Should I change??? HELP!

When Ever I try to stick my design/words to my car windows, the vinyl wrikles. What Should I do??
