  1. Hello, pulling my hair out over here. Had some graphics professionally made for print and cut. They added a cool offset that I like and want to use. When I save it and cut the cutter always goes over the cut twice. This adds time and messes with the original cut. It's not acceptable for the job I need to do. I deleted their cut path and made an offset of my own (off of their graphics) in Illustrator and that cut just fine (once). Then I added their cut back in and it cut twice. Then I offset their cut path, deleted their cut path and again it cut twice. I have never had this issue and I've done this a lot. Any ideas? Thank you.
  2. Thank you so much! If you look toward the top it shows the top right being the correct mark. I also get a message saying top right when I send the cuts to the machine. I may try that mark just in case but it seems like that wouldn't work at all if I completely had the wrong mark. Not sure about the 1 and 2 settings. I haven't seen those. There is a setting on the bar that holds the material down that is 1, 2, 3. Pretty sure I need 1 for that to hold the label in place.
  3. Hey Guys. I made a video demonstrating my issue: https://www.loom.com/share/d02555b0c24f48fc9aed9d05337b7a93 Any advice would be great. Thank you.
