    Help! We use a Graphtech FC8000-130 plotter, and it became disconnected from production manager (through FlexiPro). This has happened before and I was able to get it working again, after much frustration, but this time, no go. I am sending test cuts to it (words like cut/help/etc), nothing complicated, and what happens is just a long stretch of numbers/letters being cut out, very tiny. I've done resets, re-installs, unplugged the USB, restarted the computer, and nothing works. In all likelihood, I'm missing a very simple step. Would appreciate any help. Naturally when the plotter isn't working, we get a job that requires the plotter, which is what has since happened today.
