hello, I'm using cutting master v4 windows 10 computer I've tried other USB ports on the computer but to no avail. thought it could be the plotter's usb output.

the computer does not recognize the plotter. I've reinstalled the drive but to no avail.

if I redo the pinout as you said (null modem cable) will it work? this model has usb output, but I was never able to use it on usb

good afternoon, i bought a graphtec ce5000-60, the problem is that i can't communicate between it and the computer. I'm using graphtec studio, and cutting master 3. I've already installed the drivers but without any success. on another computer the plotter works perfectly, on mine with win10 64bit, it doesn't work. sorry, my english is really bad.
