    On amazon and fulfilled by EZCutter. I’m using the EZ cutter software that came with it.

    New machine but the pinch rollers don’t move easily. I feel like I have to put a lot of force to get it into position? Any advice?

    Hello I purchased this machine. I print the svg onto a color transfer paper but when I use the program to do the cut on the same svg it’s not even close to lining up? Has anyone had this issue?
