Having an issue with my cutter not completing a cut. I'm running sure cuts a lot 3 pro. Screen shot is what I sent to the cutter, and the pic is what I end up withIt will cut fine, then jump around to random shapes, then go home without finishing. File to large? (Don't mind the flipped image). Thanks in advance.

If you pop the top cover off of the cutter you'lll see a switch on either end. On my cutter the arm that is supposed to contact the switch was too high to hit it. I just gently bent the arm down so that it will hit the switch.

Yes the carriage is on the tracks. It was off the track when I first unpacked it. If I press reset it stops but if I let go it will keep going. Also this is without s computer hooked up.

I have an eco-cut that o just recieved today. It is doing the same thing as the original post. Any help? I submitted a ticket but thought i would ask here as well.
