I an new to the forum so please excuse me if this has already been discussed but i cannot seem to find anything on the topic. I have a Roland GS 24 that has not been used in a while. I am using Adobe Illustrator CS 6 with CutStudio Plug in. When I went use it nothing happened when i clicked CutStudio. From the research I have done it seems I need to do a firmware update. When I try to do this all i get is "error 1 wrong command". Also the message on the computer screen says "Enter the firmware update mode on the machine". Im guessing this is my issue but I cannot seem to find this mode??? I hope this makes sense and someone can help me.
