cutmaster

The cutter will run for a few seconds and quit. The cutter is new and using vinylmaster with usb. All i have are cut marks were the blade had cut into it. I have only been able twice to get to get an image.The software is running on default settings

Im talking about the vinyl cutter cutting the vinyl

ya that was the issues the 12x12 paper was not reach enough rollers to be able to move properly.I was able center it enough so it cutting now. Thanks everyone for your input to narrow now the issue.

im getting scratch mark on the paper. i have a 68 in cutter but im using 12x12 paper so for some reason the rollers are not moving the paper
