Hello, I'm in panic. I recently was prompted to do an update for my VinyMaster Cut program which of course I was happy to do. Once the program updated and restarted I went back to try and cut a design and it goes through all the screens to cut but when I click "cut now" and then "proceed to cutting" which both work but once I say proceed, nothing happens it just sits on that screen. I am in the middle of a huge project and need to know either how I can make this work or how to remove the update so I can get my cutter back :-( Any help would be great.
