Hello everyone.
I bought a plotter pixmax720 and here is 3 days that I hurt because impossible to operate.
I instal the drivers and I get a hardware called "ft232r usb uart" in the device getionnaire. I switch it to "COM1"
When I run signAndCut I set the plotter to pixmax 720 or 720 B and the software sends the data but the plotter does not move.
I tried with golcut and jinka settings because I read that it could work too but nothing moves.
Does anyone have this plotter and if so what is the procedure?
