What you are asking is no easy task. I think it can be done manually, but it wont be pretty.

Set of Decals for a local furniture designer

Even a plain letter in a specific font and color could be a logo. -

A letter, in a square with text under it makes it a logo. Its the way elements are arranged. When I see a Mac, i only see an apple. Is that not a logo? -

I found ebay pulse. it says it should give you a good insight of what is selling and what people are looking for. I searched for the Stickers & Decals category and all it says is that people are looking for 1. personalized 2. car stickers WOW! That's what I call "wonderful" info. -
Haha, thats what I do when I need to replace stuff! Nice job.

Ok, I have been doing shirts for a long time now. In Puerto Rico, heat dryers are not a must-have item as it is mostly sunny. I need to know if it is safe to heat-dry a heat pressed shirt? Will it hold on fine? I heat-dried a heat pressed shirt and a part of the vinyl lifted up. Is this normal, or could it be that the shirt wasn't pressed properly?
-
Thank you all for your replies. It's good to know it will stand the heat dryer. Maybe I didn't apply enought heat/pressure to that particular shirt. I didn't bring my heat press. It is still in PR along with my car and other things. As I don't know how long or if I'm definitively staying I left those untouched back home. I'm considering getting anothet heat press soon though.

You can always go to your Laptop's Font Folder, copy it and install it on your other pc.

You changed the setting in Inkscape to 11" x 17", BUT did you change the setting in the print dialog box? Check that out. Maybe it is set to print in 8.5" x 11" which is the standard.

Market size / profit potential estimation on eBay
JoeCamaro replied to lwsimon's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
Ebay is expensive, thats true. It is also true that there are too many people selling decals in there. Let's not forget that it is also a world wide known site and that people go there looking for what you are selling. It wotks for me. I have sent decals to all over the USA, And places like Australia, UK, Canada, Israel, Brazil, Norway, Germany, Italy, Spain, Singapore and more. -
Pricing is usually easy for me to calculate, but this time I'm in need of some help. I have to cut 70 decals of the attached image. One color, 5.5" x 4.6". Im using oracal 651. Thank you Joe

Pricing help please
JoeCamaro replied to JoeCamaro's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
Guys, the size should be 4.5 x 4.0". He was thinking 5.5" but then changed his mind (not because of the price as I have not told him). -
there you go. Your best contact.

Do you think you'll do numbers bigger than 24"? I think a 24" or a 36" cutter will do. Anyhow, if you were to do numbers bigger than 24" tall you still have 24" wide by X" tall.
