You could try Inkscape (free) or Illustrator. You can auto-trace images, but sometimes they will give you good results, other times it wont. Best way is to hand vectorize it and get the details you want. I suggest you learn how to use the pen tool. Or you can visit my site in my signature and see what I can do for you

I didn't use alot of vinyl coz i'm so stingy I haven't used my cutter for commercial purposes yet. All the graphics are in my own office How much should i charge if i get a similar job? Smart! I do that also!

I don't get you, but when overlapping is an issue, I just weld the pieces (union, make the one piece, add to area).

Try your printer's usb cable. Mine was bad. I replaced it and all problems were solved. Try that first and we will go from there.
