Pineapple

I just purchased (used) a Graphtec CE6000 and being unfamiliar with the product I read up on as much as I could and tried to use the cutter. I was successful at printing artwork but it didn't cut at the size I had dialed in. Pardon my ignorance, but I'm in a quandary and would like to finish this project. The design is on 4" x 4" and the frisket is 8.5 x 11. Any intelligent resolution would be greatly appreciated as I haven't been able to reach Graphtec support.

If the product is useless to your computer and is a misrepresented product you have recourse.

I downloaded Graphic Studio and it seems to be working....now...if I can get my money back from that other software company????

My adobe software is on my Macs

I found a download for Mac on the Graphtec site and awaiting the outcome

It's terrible software.I thought it was my only choice

I thought that was the only answer and they got me for $60. My stupidity.

I wasn't aware of the Graphtec free software. How do I find that?
