  1. Hello! I hope someone can help me sort out what is the problem with this new Mug Press (1 month old ). Just this week it started to rise up the temperature after 10-15 seconds of inserting the mug, or sometimes, when it reaches the desired temperature, even before inserting the mug it will rise the temperature. Before this week, it would start to fall 1C each second (approximately) after inserting the mug. So my guess is that it worked fine. We noticed that if mid-pressing, you remove the mug and flip horizontally, and insert it again, the quality would be a little better than if proceding normally. I guess it also had to do with the fact that some mugs dont receive an even, full spray coating. Could this flipping-mid operation, be what decalibrated the machine? What could be the problem, and, is it fixable? I really hope so, it already burned the blacks on 4 or 5 mugs!! Thanks, in advance, and apologies if this was already asked; tried searching the forum but failed. Have a good day! Edit: IIRC, when the temperature starts to rise above the desired one, you can hear a "click" like the sound of a Relay Switch?. The temperature rises 5,10, or even 15° Celsius sometimes. We have to remove the mug, and wait for it to cool down to the target temperature to progress.
