Hey Everyone, I have a Roland XR640 print/Cut machine. It has always cut great until recently it started giving me trouble. The cuts are not clean and crisp, some lines don't connect all the way and is sloppy looking. Ive changed the blades, blade holder, cut carriage board, servo board, ribbon cables, cut protection strip. and is still giving me problems. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
