I have a Refine cutter 721 MK2. I have had it for about 6 years, but haven't used it in about a year. I want to get it going again, my husband installed it on my computer and it shows up in the device manager, but when I go into my software (signblazer elements) it does not show up in the list of cutters. I do have windows 10 on my computer in case that matters. Thank you in advance
