    new to this forum, have never had this issue with my machine. I have seen suggestions for a Z Chip, but that is no longer available. the problem is the carriage will no longer lift, it drags throughout the cut. anyone know of a possible different issue? I have not been able to get USCUTTER support on the phone for assistance. thanks,
