    Hi In my mac i have two users user1 and user2. it works for user1 but when user2 is printing jobs on vinylcutter it only print previous jobs from user1. i did firmwave update even not happy. issue still presist.

    which software are you asking about ? I'm new to this filed. Are you asking about Roland Cut Studio plugin or anything else ?.
