I have been changing it on the machine, yes. Last night I pulled a few things apart to look at them, Put it back together and it seems to be working now??? Lol. Thanks everyone!

Hey everyone, I just received a new MH871 and no matter what the amount of force is set to, It still cuts the exact same. Even if force is set to Zero. I've used many plotters in the past and my blade set-up and everything is right. I just cannot get the pressure to change. Any advise? Thank you!
