    US Cutter is out of Z-Chips. Anywhere else to buy them?

    I agree probably a good idea to upgrade now. I did replace the entire carriage with the solenoid. US cutter techs are helping me trouble shoot further but I'm currently looking into another cutter.

    I Give up. Replaced the Mother Board also and blade still will not lift up.

    I called them this morning. To correct that problem in the MK2 I have to buy a motherboard. Thank you so much for your help.

    I cannot find a tutorial or video on where the location of the z axis chip is on the MK2. Can anyone help?
