    Well that sucks seeing as i have no serial port on my laptop...

    My cutter is not cutting all of the sudden. I had to do a restore on my pc the other night i reinstalled all the drivers (windows 10) and the cutting head moves to make the cut but the arm will not go down to cut. I hit the test button and it cuts the star no problem. I dont know what the problem could be. Any suggestions?
