Hey y’all, I have adjusted my blade perfect but I’m having a horrible time with very small pieces popping out of the design I’m doing and getting stuck in the blade holder. Any suggestions? I’ve already oiled the blade and that helped a bit on the pieces sticking/getting caught in the holder but I have a lot of these to do and it’s really annoying

I messed one up and peeled it off the backing paper. It’s too deep. I usually have a dent from where the blade makes contact with the backing but this is cutting the backing paper just a bit. I should ah e seen that when I weeded the first sheet with the test box cut but I didn’t. I’ll update later when I recut the messed up one!

I actually do this job about every two weeks, normally not a big deal at all...just something about today. It pays well enough that ive done it for over a year now...

It’s the titan 3 with 3m 5100 Reflective... I’ve cut thousands of feet worth of it with this machine and I’m just now having this issue. The pieces that are giving me issues are oval and about 1/8” wide by 1/4” tall... usually not an issue but when there are 6000 of these involved in the project and if they get under the pinch rollers then it causes me to have to remove them from the final piece after weeding and the glue and whatnot (sorry, insert punctuation where you may...that was along breath...)... I even changed brands of blades to see if that helped, nope. Might be the temp of the shop??? Not too much warmer than usual but??? Just weird, and on white and black so I didn’t think it’s a liner issue?

Just wondering how to take a square and put a radius on the corner... seems like I did it before and was able to do all the corners at the same time but it was either a long time ago or on a different program... help me out y’all

It would be nice if you could just check for new version from the program itself...wouldn’t it?

Hey y’all, just curious if anyone knows how to tell the cutter to start cutting on one side and progress to the other. I’m basically doing a honeycomb pattern with hexagons over a 12x12” sheet and it cuts the same pattern every time but it’s all over that mat as it cuts... seems very inefficient!

You are wise! But nobody is doing what I am doing. I have a very unique product that has tested well in other areas and most of the hundreds of customers I have end up using my products for their phone anyway... after my millions I’ll share with ya

It’s just one on a couple sites for $50. I’ve done a lot of pre planning so it’s not much of a risk but... it sure is a big hurdle mentally!

Hey guys, good cheap fast...pick 2... right? i have a customer with some very large applications that will be matte black but he is doing the install and is probably the worlds best bubble installer. It’s all long stuff that will be premasked but I don’t want to go witha wrap vinyl. Is there something similar to 3m 180mc at a bit better price?

Guys (gals too) I have a huge issue with my Mac and scal... I don’t update or have hacks as often as my Pc friends... I really like to have more of everything so is there a way to make my Mac update more often and have patches added while having scal update with new patches more often? I mean, I’ve had my MacBook Pro for 10 years now...all my PC friends get a new one every year or two and usually pass me in forced update totals within that timeframe...I mean I think I have done 7 updates in 10 years and haven’t had to pay for any of them...windows NT was great but... this part of the forum looked a bit sparse so I thought I would hit it with some straight up Mac vs Pc fire!!!

Any huge fixes you are aware of?

Most of my sales are on amazon in my niche. But I have been getting Bette faith Facebook market place and Facebook ads to drive customers to my amazon products. The nice thing about Facebook ads is the targeting you can do, age demos, gender, hobbies, page likes, family demos, etc. if you know the people buying your stuff it’s fairly cheap. Lots of podcast and videos on how to do it.

just tried getting text to path on an oval...what a mess!! then it won't even attempt at typed text being selected, then the oval and then moving it to path... what a pain.

Ok guys, I've had a friend who owns a gun/self defense youtube channel with millions of subscribers ask me a question. He wants to know if I can cut a self adhesive textured rubber (like talon grips) with my Titan 3. I have no idea if it will cut it (I do have clean cut 60 degree glitter blades) and If i can, where to buy it. Any suggestions?

Ok guys, we have a special young lady who my wife wants a design put on a special coffee cup. I've got the design work done but since it tapers (2.75" to 3.50" at the top and 4.50" tall), and I want the text to read horizontal, how do I set the curve for each line? I'm done with the semester, my brain hurts, and I'm sick...help a fella out
