    On the MH cutter it is a simple 741 op-amp chip. Chances are good it's the same on yours, look for a small 8 pin chip that has 741 on it.

    The part you'll need is called a Z-Chip. It is on the motherboard. Probably soldered in place. (if you are real lucky, it will be sitting in a socket and can be pulled & swapped without soldering).

    with your work you show on your web site maybe think of moving up to a graphtec and get graphtec pro studio free - or use the plug in for AI with a graphtec - With that said if you did all the work shown on your web site and on here with a SC I am impressed. read thru the scalp part of the forum - many people have had issues with it over the years -

    it cost me thousands more to upgrade to the fc after I sent the ce7000 back and had already sold my beloved ce6000
