Even stuff "made" in US, is really just assembled here. The components are sourced from all over the world.

I tried a test to see how small I could cut a clean image. There were a couple of places I did a bad job weeding it was cut perfectly I just missed a little bit with the tweezers and dug it a little. I have some new tools on the way. I did this with my naked eye, it has some very tiny pieces. I've added the file so you can see the actual image I cut. PrismCut P20 45 deg blade set @ 400 and 70. I've owned everything from mh plotters, pcut, copam all the way up to several roland and graphtec plotters - today I still own a graphtec and always will. I worked my way up thru the others saving from sales until I could afford the next upgrade . . . .it was a learninng adventure

I love my Graphtec 30" model here. But I also bought 2 CE5000-60 for my kids. I bought mine new in 2008. Never, and I mean NEVER, have I had a problem with it and I cut almost every day. Thousands of decals I have made with it. Never any problems with the CE5000-60's either.

USCUTTER is an American company. They employ Americans in their offices & warehouses. They provide work to Americans at the Ports of entry (where the containers filled with products come in from overseas). They give jobs to American truckers & delivery people. The cutter is only a small part of the equation. Those consumables are the key to making decals. USCUTTER profits beyond the initial cutter sale on the vinyl, app tapes, HTV, tools, etc.

I would guess your two biggest potential problems are scale of the print and scale of the cut. Print a test box of say 4"x4" and measure it. Does it come out exactly 4x4? Do the same with a cut design. If you have not calibrated your cutting software I can almost guarantee that that the 4x4 square will not be 4x4.

Ioline is the only one I know of for sure. There may be others.

I don't know the quality but they're all over etsy for less than that. I had someone ask to do two for him with cut vinyl. I calculated the first at $80, the second was simpler so I told him I'd do them both for $100. He said he could get two online for $60. I told him to get them online. He said he couldn't because the pair they sell online were a matching pair and he wanted two different designs, and they didn't have either design he wanted anyway.

The MH is not a printer, it is a cutter only. If you want to make simple decals it could work, although we typically try to steer people to at least the SC2 or better. The MH takes a lot of patience and persistence to get it well, and even then, it's not nearly as good of a cut as you can get with only slightly more expensive cutters. If you're wanting to print and cut you're talking about some pretty pricey equipment. I'll let the print guys fill you in there.

There are some demonstration and training videos out there. It's always a good idea to do as much research as possible before deciding what you want. Just remember that contour cutting involves printing.
