Nothing wrong with starting out with something affordable. I did. I personally think learning on a budget cutter makes you a better operator. The budget cutters have to be "tuned" a little to cut clean and there are limits to what they will do on large graphics as well as tiny ones. Learning this limit you will be much more appreciative when/if you ever upgrade to a servo machine. Doing this fine tuning repeatedly will train you so you learn to recognize what's happening if something doesn't come out right. You sound like what you are starting out with will be one at a time items and that's the best for the budget models. When you start getting into multiple copies of things the memory and tracking are less so they have trouble. My budget model would only safely do about 10 copies of small left chest tee shirt logos or it would wig out and mess things up. I had to sort of hover over it the whole time ready to push the abort button if something went wonky. When my workload started becoming increasingly parser orders I upgraded and now I just load it up and set it to cutting and walk off while it works. I had a couple orders that were several hours of cutting that worked well into the night while I went to bed.

The price also might change depending on color. That might be why they have the "Configure Product" button. And then there's also times where the manufacturer fixes the price you can advertise their product so you have to add it to the cart to see the price.

there was no other follow-up on this thread by the OP, so no real way to tell what he ended up doing. For the record, just because a file has a .eps extension does not automatically make it a vector graphic, or that it's cutter-ready.

Different models of Vinyl Express Q, Qe, R, Rogue. Which one? The more info you can provide, maybe someone can help you. What was the cutter doing when you got the error? That is a Signwarehouse cutter, What have they told you?

Look in your computer device manager and see what the com port number is. Then match it in Signblazer set up. It will be a com port number. It should be number 4 or below. Make sure you have the correct drivers downloaded and installed. The numbers must match.

Maybe on some sale items. I can see prices just fine. What are you looking at? A couple new Graphtecs came out and you do have to add them to the cart.

This is my packing slip and what I ordered. I might of got the brand of vinyl wrong that they are doing a deal on but attached is my packing slip and what i ordered. I could do a print screen of my account as well but really??? When i do that it will be for the company owner. Do you guys work for US CUTTER? If not, you guys should because at least I get prompt replies back. Attached is my packing slip of what was ordered. Still no reply back from support. Status would be great at least from the guy that is in charge of the dealing with this mess up. Chris...
