Sawgrass inks are expensive. Finding deals on them is rare but they are out there. I am not doing too much sublimation with my SG3110dn printer but I know that anytime I need to do some sublimation it will work like new. There have been times when I have not used it for 6-7 months and the nozzle check shows no clogged heads. I have never set it to do any automatic cycles.

Do as above, and make sure you push the ORIGIN button on your vinyl cutter, before you send your file.

That explains why after 2 weeks when I got it I had to replace my yellow. I called sawgrass and they told me that was normal. I’m not joking I lost it till I did some more homework and it is maintenance but shouldn’t have lasted only 2 weeks. Long story short I got a new yellow and it seems to be a lot better. I’m due for a first change in C & M now lol

If you can them to do the dirty work peeling that stuff and trying to clean the adhesive whether it's supposed to be water soluble I am skeptical. If it sucks to do they will probably decide to buy new ones sooner.

the price is pretty much priced fixed like the high end plotters - unfortunately the first set in the printer takes ink to prime the lines and heads - not nearly as bad as the early ones though - my first ricoh took over 1/2 the carts to prime the lines - new ones are not nearly as bad and it is only one time the lines need filled on the new printer

I get a little lost when you say you go to page or cutters - if you mean that when you click plot/cut that nothing shows in production manager my best guess would be there are no vector graphics in your design - raster graphics will not cut as they are made with pixels and not lines and arcs

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBOXQPcLoio 0:26 the narrator says "Don't leave it in direct sunlight, it turns the adhesive a little bit..." (meaning, makes it harder to remove cleanly)

Update: Graphtec cutter is running great! Coral x8 I have a little learning curve with but able to navigate okay through it. Goes knight press I have but still boxed up, other projects have been priority but I will get to the point on making shirts and hoodies. Been doing some glass carving with the help of the graphtec. I want to thank you all so much for helping me get going with this!
