Well the first step is to stop by your attorneys office and warn them you may be in a lawsuit for copyright and trademark infringement.

Never!! does your blade even have a tip on it anymore. or anything left of the blade? I am usually at around 10-11 with a new blade, Most ever 13 with about a blade 9-10 months old. Is that a foreign measurement?

If the force is light enough it won't, but it won't cut well either, as you've discovered.

Thanks everyone, looks like blade depth is the cause. Strange it didn't cut the backing paper being set so deep. Started adjusting depth of blade, huge improvement already! Thanks again

Welcome to the site. I'm into Jeeps also! See if any of your buddies remember a guy named Scratch that drives a gold Rubicon and has an area in Hudson called Flatfender Farms to wheel in. I used to have events a couple times a year. Good luck on your purchase!

I'd have to double check the spec sheet, but I believe vinyl is recommended to be stored at about 65 and below 75. Don't remember exactly, I just remember it was a pretty small range and colder than I typically keep my house in the summer time.

We don't talk about the Lions (motor city kitties) or the TIgers Now Michigan State is another story ( for my friends in Ohio remember "Buckeyes are those nuts that hang below Michigan" ) I personally set up in the basement - my house is very climate controlled because of the eco solvent printer but I can tell the difference in vinyl when humidity gets too high. I have a natural gas heater in my garage I don't use much anymore for 2 reasons - the by product of the unvented heater is water - and we found on 2 different sets of vehicles the natural gas heater promotes rust in the vehicles (2 year was for a very sick shepherd that couldn't stay in the house many days and other day was convenience as in liking a nice warm car). I can keep my vinyl in the house at 40 percent humidity (summers it does get up to 50 percent when running dehumidifier) and from 65-75 degrees - have found my vinyl stays in great condition longer than most recommend with those conditions.

Hi TMFWade, I'm not sure what your specifics were other than what I've seen addressed above regarding pinch rollers and tracking, but regardless we should have treated you fairly when you contacted us. If that's not how you feel things went, I'd like to know the details so I can work with the Customer Service manage to make sure he receives the feedback. If you want to send me a direct message, I'll make sure it gets addressed appropriately. Thank You

I have seen & have bought a sign like this at the NC State Fair a few years ago. It's printed on. You pick the sign and give them the name. For a extra price you can get it framed. You return in an hour or so to pick the banner up. To me it's not really a banner as much as a long poster. I bought a NY Yankees one for my Son & a dolphin one for my daughter. Its a neat item and I myself would love to able to add it.

Hmmm I have had a few times that I needed help and they always took good care of me. So much so in fact that I stuck around on the users forum long enough they asked me to be a volunteer mod. As far as my experience has been with USC I don't have any complaints. Have there been occasional problems, yes. Just like you would expect with any high volume shipping company there are occasional shipping errors (sometimes mine). If something didn't show they always make it right. I had a few technical issues with my first cutter (it was a budget model) From my experience (now measured in years) I think about 80% of brand new user problems are from inexperienced new owners. That's not to say there aren't going to be genuine machine flaws. Heck when do you ever buy anything Chinese made and not expect some potential problems. Higher end products are going to be much less frequent new product issues. IF you look at the reviews for new cutters, the ones that have the most issues are usually the MH bottom rack variant. We recommend spending a little more. Your Titan 3 would definitely fit the profile of a better cutter and so it's too bad you had a bad experience.
