If you are making things for tapered glasses, mugs or whatever, here is a web site that will give you the correct shape you need to make it look right. A few measurements put into the easy to understand questions and it will give you a PDF that you can copy and paste into your design software. I have tried it and it works perfect. https://www.onlinelabels.com/label-generator-tools/tapered-label-Generator.aspx

Ok, going to try something different. I am going to post any pic's of my work in this thread and this thread only. Any new stuff I do, will resurrect this thread. Remember the last page you looked at. Keeps everything simple. (in my opinion) More to come, just wanted to try to start a new trend and this is what was on my phone.

Overcut is in the Cut Options (tab) of the Vinyl Spooler and is in every level of the software.

Ahhhh, Newbies! It's a plotter/cutter, no printing is involved. If you want help, you gotta help us first by providing details of your computer operating system and how the Mimaki is connected to it (USB? Serial?), the software you have installed to design/cut, and what your design consists of.

My 5 year old daughter has "sport jersey day" next week at school. Didn't want her looking like everyone else, so I thought it would be good to make this for her. I know, she will wear it once and into the rag bin it goes. You need to watch the simpsons to know the team.

Forgot I had this thread going on. Anyway, the mugs I did really took off. 11 for my high school and couple more went very well.

All this stuff was powder coated, vinyl applied, then a clear powder coat after. All for family. Not sold.
