I ran a P-Cut commercially for 2-1/2 years. It's not going to do much better than what you have gotten out of it. If you are making $$$ I suggest an upgrade to a name brand machine. You will be very pleased with the difference.

Sorry to appear naive, but I am not really sure what you want or what you expect. Are you asking for a complete re-design/re-drawn of your pictures? If so, what are you expecting? A single color (ie. black) that is easy to weed? I am new to the vinyl stuff, but not new to graphics. A little trick I learned in photoshop, which I can take nearly any graphic and convert it to a vectorized, one color item that is not impossible to weed. Example, I took your photo of the Indian with the tablet, concerted it to black & white. Next, a trick that I learned along the way when doing this is that it is important to blur the image just a little... it removes a lot of the tiny details (which make weeding impossible). So I use the box blur, but only a small amount... then lastly I hit it with the photocopy plugin... then use the eraser to clean up the outer areas and such. Then vectorize it in VinylMaster Pro. See attachment. Is this what you are trying to do? new.eps

If that is a design that is specific to HTV I flip it and save it flipped so I don't have to remember to do it when its time to cut. Save you some heartache down the road.

Select your image, right click, transform, flip horizontal (mirror), then send to cutter.

Do you have the artwork done- ready to print? I would be willing to print a free sample for you - so you can see if the Gerber Edge would work for you.

Are you connected thru USB? If so this machine has a hard time accepting multiple jobs at once. Most people ( and myself) used a keyspan USB / serial adaptor for that machine.

or we have private message system in place. I get nervous when changes are made to the forum software - we have had several less than pleasant experiences over the past 10 years :/
