I have done several t-shirts like that but HTV is easier to work with. At the end of the day printing really is better for some of that kind of thing even though you are like me with no printer. The tiny details won't last that long so the end product looses some of the longevity. Good work though. Transfer those over onto a piece of clear backing from Oracal 8810 or Gerber 225 and you can see through the layers better as you stack them. This is also a good application for clear app tape.

C'mon, US Cutter.... Yet another Sale featuring Products 'By the Foot'? Count me among those shopping with you for years but not interested in those small quantities. Many of us loyal Customers would like to see Oracal 651/751 Ten Yard (or more) rolls on sale sometime. Or perhaps 10 yrd rolls of regular, Siser Easy Weed on sale? Got me looking around elsewhere for deals.

Man, I just wrapped up some MX decals for a family members company. I bought some 6 mil vinyl along with 12 Mil Heavy duty gloss laminate for MX , ssnow mobiles, etc. I had to contour cut - 60 deg. blade- Tangental mode-- almost highest force setting on the GS15 vinyl cutter- took three passes. Total is 18 mil THICK.- a credit card is about 20 mil I think. Turned out very clean for 3 passes Pics:

Okay, there has got to be an easier way... This is an 8 layer vinyl I'm trying to peice together, I'm using a light box, and I'm trying to use alignment marks. Any one else do anything this crazy?

actually I have a solvent printer and use oracal products - for laminates I use 210 and 290 the most depending on the media I am printing on. I haven't used the greenstar laminate personally - but if you are looking for cheapest there it is

As you can see, I'm not much for the easy approach lol. I enjoy the challenge.

I started with signblazer but from the start saved all projects as an eps so it goes into any of the programs I use - pretty universal. in the end - after the pain of learning the new stuff you will love the servo machine
