Did this job a week ago. The customer really loved it and is planning on adding to it. The feet and grass is how he wanted it to look.

The Land of Enchantment---- but no tape measures or bubble levels... I took this picture on Tuesday on a drive to New Mexico for work :) (also shared on another forum). This sign is huge.

Signblazer ended when Jerry died because Jerry WAS Signblazer. He personally wrote all of the drivers..every single one.I spoke to him not long before he died and he was in the process of working on the USB drivers.

Is it 'air release'? You DON'T want to do wet, with air release.

Those two words are not always compatible I'm afraid. We will try not to cause a fire though. Almost burned my mother in law up a few years back. Almost.....

After hours of messing with com settings, oiling the solenoid shafts, checking blades- all the stuff. I googled " Summa Blade Incomplete cut" I came up in the archives of S101.com- 2007: http://www.signs101.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-6483.html Turns out a TINY little foam pad bump stop wears out, forms a donut hole, then the screw catches it, and it keeps the blade fro dropping on the first CUT!!!! Here are some pics, along with my fix- I used a soft side of a velcro set- its quiet, and cuts perfect. unbelievable.

Thank you so much for your help! I was able to dig deep in these forums and I found that the driver that I needed to install is not actually listed on the us cutter website, as it has not been updated. Once I installed the correct driver for Mac OS X Yosemite, everything is running great! For anyone with the same issue, the updated driver for Mac OS X 10.9 and higher can be found here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm Again, I appreciate everyone for the help and advice. What a great forum!
