Sign you up was right. The other day, I tried to do another graphic and watched how the z axis was acting. It was not consistant with it's motion and at points would come down but could clearly see a gap between the holder and vinyl. I ordered a new carriage and motherboard from US Cutter and found a you tube video of someone replacing a carriage on a LP2. I had the new carrage installed in about 10 minutes and now it's cutting like new again. Guess I have a new motherboard on stand by just in case I need it later. Thanks for the help guys. Kris

I have opened my little shop, and the primary indicator of my presence is a 'bandit' sign (18x24 coro stake sign) on the roadside that says simply "SIGNS --- Turn Here" (with an arrow). Well, today quite a few people decided to follow the sign !!! I had a lady from a local Church come in and request a set of signs to promote their upcoming Movie Nights. Then, the owner of a nearby hairstylist dropped by with an order for a banner. Subsequently, a child daycare manager asked me to produce three placards for their weekend Carnival. (with arrows directing people to parking) Additionally, a woman who is soon opening a Beauty Spa ordered a decal for their front door (store hours). It's actually a bit overwhelming, for a one-person operation. However, I was happy, happy, to see that I have created a shop that attracts such attention and provides a valuable service to the community.

This big demand will soon be over. I remember when the Georgia flag dropped the stars & bars a few years back (under a republican btw). There was a big blow-up. "Everyone" was snatching up the old flag and posting signs, etc. 6 months later - nothing. You can still see the old flag flying in spots including one of the local churches here - what does that say about that church? Just sayin', you might not want to load up to much on those flags - you might get left with a lot of inventory... Cal

Growing up we marked the door trim. When we moved my dad ripped out the trim and we took it with us.

Maybe a bad connection or intermittent short in the cable for the blade carriage.

I'm not THAT bad Goose! I have trouble Eyeballing anything over 2 FT. which is why i use the level and those 80's looking glasses. I always go off of a body line or the chassis by locking the tilt/roll axis on the tripod and then move it up vertically from there

This forum is a community...... Most of the people here provides help and receives help. It's a give and take. Some give more then other but overall it's a well balanced community. I've never met anyone here in person but I'd do whatever I can to help them out. Now if someone only comes here for help it upsets the balance and that person it nothing more then a leech. I'm sure if you come around alittle more, join in on some off topic conversations the community will be more inclined to help you. Hope you have a great day.
