Ammo cal labels I make with different caliber and group initials for a local gun club. I make window decals for a local gun club. I did this as a sample of a limited edition large decal they wanted. Something fun I came up with. It represents me pretty good. Make these camo style paint masks for a local gun shop for coating firearms. I do decals and window art to sell at craft fairs. And I sell signage and decals for direct marketing people.

Seen plans for building six packs about a month ago. A pretty simple build and I thought I would do up a couple for my son who is a home brewer. Let me know what you think, it was a fun project and had it's rewards... I had etched the glasses for him a couple years ago. Cal edit The hobbies shown are woodworking, vinyl and, beer! Cal Oh yes, I have other hobbies too. So many I had to quit (retire from) my job so that I could devote more time to them all!!!

I can see why you don't want to take the Roland to shows... But why can't you cut smaller scraps? Your Roland specs go down to 2" wide material can be cut. Your pinch rollers move,, so you can cut smaller scraps. And anything smaller can go on a carrier sheet. A few years back I had to teach a Roland owner (of 7 years), how to run his machine, because he didn't want to read his user manual. I don't own a Roland, I just read the user manual. I asked him the same question, why can't you cut smaller scraps? He bought another machine also, just to cut scraps. Oh, He didn't know the pinch rollers moved.. There may be a set screw to loosen, but they do move.

NO app tape needed. The carrier it comes on acts as the tape. Best to last one color and press for 3-5 seconds then peel the carrier and apply the second color pressing for the full time. Parchment paper can be had at any grocery store but I get mine from Dollar Tree stores when I happen to get to town. As fas advice just remember anything done in HTV has to be cut in reverse.

Not sure on Titan3, cameo is super simple, it has it's own software or can use scalp, Smallest I have done is a 2" wide piece on the cameo. I also upgraded my blade holder from the stock plastic to a metal graphtec db9 with replacable blades

It doesnt hurt to have some samples with you. Anyone can explain what they want to make all day. Some people just want to see the finished product.

Cameo is a nice machine, I have one along with my Uscutter SC. The Cameo has a mat so can cut small scraps that do not fit between the rollers. Looking at the Titan3 15" if money was not an issue would be another option

I can't keep a trailer outside because of HOA rules. So I bought a 4'x8' folding trailer. It's awesome. I've trailered everything from 1/2 yard of rock to my bike. Since I have an SUV it comes in handy when I go to lowes or Home Depot.

Ok. I downloaded the trial version. Just a quick walkthrough it looks very nice, crisp and clean. I tried the one thing that aggrevates me with SCAL3P. Here's the result. They still don't have the typing on path figured out, as you can tell on the top text. The bottom text is using the arch selection. Notice how everything is smooth, no overlapping characters. The only thing is if you have a wavy path you want to type on, it'll be like the top text, unless I haven't went deep enough. I'll update if I find something new with it.

I think you're probably winging it on these prices. The overall income looks good when you see $1200 coming at you but then as you actually DO the work and find out you are working for $6 an hour you realize you messed up. I made that mistake with a 500 piece hat order that I did way too cheap. You can survive a mistake on a small order only clearing $3-$4 for an hours time but when it's 100 hours worth of time it'd be better to go flip burgers for minimum wage.
