It's alive and it made the qe look like a value cutter. Super super fast and accurate. Oh and the material cutoff at the end of the job is awesome. Having a couple software issues that won't let it poll the size but other than that it's an animal.

Got it figured out... I was going off the Material loading guide from the USCutter website, which uses the same "U" shaped stickers in the guide photos. The meaning for the stickers, however, is the exact opposite on the Titans, since apparently the guide photo has a huge grit roller, with a small dead space, and the Titans have a huge dead space, and a smaller grit roller. I figured it out while waiting for Technical Support, which were really nice by the way. Chalk it up to my excessive "noobie-ness". I've never even seen a cutter before, so all I had to go off of was the photos. Doh! Thanks for the tip on giving extra on the roll. I probably would have let the cutter do all the work. Here' the guide that caused me problems... http://www.uscuttersupport.com/downloads/Support_PDF/CutterSetup/Material_Loading_Guide.pdf

I went off the hand-cutting test for blade depth. My first cuts were just barely too shallow and weeding was a pain. I upped pressure from 50 to 99 and readjusted the blade again, and now it cuts like butter.

I'm not super familiar with Chromablast, but if it's anything like sublimation, it doesn't work well on dark shirts, especially black - it'll be like running black paper through a color printer. There is specialty transfer paper for real sublimation that will let you put designs on black shirts, but you're really sublimating onto a white substrate that is heat pressed to a black shirt, so it's not true sublimation... I'm sure someone here knows more about it than I do and can give you a definite answer.

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the software to fix the problem. Not sure why it freaked out but its back up and running now

yup - huge difference in that value cutter in the guide and the higher end cutters - hopefully you didn't follow the incorrect 1/2 credit card depth they have posted everywhere - that is 1- times too much blade exposure

Normally for regular sized shirts i try and stay within a 14x14 window unless artwork needs something specific, mainly for convenience reasons.

Guys have feelings too. But like...who cares? I don't believe in miracles. I rely on them Next mood swing: 6 minutes I hate everybody, and you're next And your point is... I used to be schizophrenic, but we're okay now I'm busy. You're ugly. Have a nice day Warning: I have an attitude and I know how to use it Of course I don't look busy...I did it right the first time. Why do people with closed minds always open their mouths? I'm multitalented: I can talk and annoy you at the same time Do NOT start with me. You will NOT win You have the right to remain silent, so please SHUT UP Sorry if I look interested. I'm not
