The sign and Graphics text might have gotten alittle crocked.LOL I'm still learning Here's a shirt using Jet pro soft stretch Colors aren't as bright but it's not bad. I'd still wear it.

Thanks guys for the responses... The issue is not really getting paid I'm sure she will pay I haven't tried to collect yet I don't see anything wrong with it and wanted to know if I was missing something taht you guys could pick out and let me know And as far as the font I had a heavier font but they wanted it changed to the same font as the store sign so thats what I used That window is 2 different customers. The bottom one has paid up As for a fix I told her to get a black tinted shade to put behind it. she seemed happy with that idea and said she would look into it so fingers crossed MM64

OK I think I've figured it out. I don't know exactly know what was wrong but I cleaned the blade with adhesive remover and reset everything. It's cutting alot better now.

Even the Nike reference is wrong... they own the trademark in the word NIKE in all uses for and not for profit. They even have a legal standing if someone wants ts to name their kid Nike in the US. Like I have said and may other reiterated, Trademarks & copyrights cover everything from likeness, exact copy, altered copy, general reference, and much more. A lot of times the scale of infraction is so small that they stand nothing to gain in pursuing it, but other companies like to send a message and pursue any infraction no matter the cost. Also on the subject of photos, yes you own the photo but the trademark and copyright hold still owns the likeness. If you wanted to use the photo for profit or out of the real em of what they want their image to be associated with they can stop you from using it and possibly sue for damages.

Take a good picture with some kind of size reference in the same picture. Say a one inch block or a ruler something that you can use to set the scale correctly. Lets say you used a ruler, now in your program open the picture and then make a box that is one inch long. And then scale your picture up or down until the one inch box fits into a one inch segment on the ruler. Now your picture is scaled correctly. Now just manually trace the GTO and cut it out. Easy Peasy.

'winter is coming' is a common phrase. You can't copyright a common phrase.

Looks terrific. Quick question, how did you obtain the radius corners? (This is MaxMetal/diBond, right?)

there is a HUGE amount of poetry out there that is in the public domain. Why bother with something that is still copyrighted?

Quote "What do you guys think? Is that a blatant copyright violation or what?" Absolutely a violation of Copyright.

tell her to add a purple pull down shade on the inside! or for a fee you will add a sheet of purple is she pays extra then they will think she is part of their business. she could add a conflicting red shade too that would make theirs look like crap

Tell her that as long as she offers happy endings she doesn't really even need a sign, men will find her! lol Seriously tho.... I bet she requires payment for her services and so do you! How would she like it if she gave you a massage and then you told her that you like the massages better down the road so you're not going to pay her? Try and politely tell her that and also mention that it is not your fault that she had to put it on that window and you can't control what the neighboring store does. If that doesn't work tell her she will be getting a call from your lawyer. Always make sure to get a deposit up front for your work. Make sure that it is enough to cover your material cost and some of your labor. I usually ask for half up front, that way if they do this I at least covered my costs.

If that is his retail price it sounds like a pretty good deal to me, full color front and back including the shirt, if you just needed a few done. I just don't think the DTG print looks as good as a screen print or vinyl. Its looks dull to me and it just keeps on getting duller the more you wash it. At least that is my experience with the samples that I have received.
